The weather this recent week was rather hot and dry. Unfortunately,coming back from work sweating and finally found out my AC stopped working is not what everyone have in mind. So I googled and with such luck, saw this company and tried messaging. To cut things short, they send John , their tech to evaluate the issue , prior to this, a pymt was quoted for the visit. After further checking , i managed to seal the deal and negotiate for a recond compressor as my pcb board and fan coil was dead. So far they gave a 3 mths warranty for any defects or issues. Price wise, it all depends on how u negotiate and the complexity of the repair or service. It's a hit and miss thing, if you are fortunate enough to get a good tech and a good recond set, luck is on u. Fingers crossed, i hope this set will last me for the next few hot weathers before i get a new one. Good luck!

They were the only company that picked up the call fast, replied fast over WhatsApp and service technician Kun came on the dot/slightly earlier. Over the weekend my ac in my bedroom wasn’t working to its optimum to mitigate the sweltering heat at home. John responded to my texts and gave me trouble shooting instructions, there was some improvements but still not enough. On Monday he swiftly arrived checked all the units, piping and the compressor. He dismantled the whole indoor unit in my bedroom cleaned it extensively part by part and assembled it back meticulously and viola back to optimum at 20 degrees had a great night sleep.
